Maxi Tuff Plastic/Bubble Mailers
Description
Tough plastic outer, bubble lining inside, in six sizes from 160 x 200mm to 360 x 470mm Polycell Maxi Tuff mailers pair a strong co-extruded plastic outer with a cushioning bubble lining. They're light, so they keep postage costs down, and the plastic outer stands up to rain and rough handling far better than a paper envelope. They're a go-to for bubble mailers carrying small electronics, cosmetics, spare parts, jewellery and accessories. Every size is stocked by the carton in our Villawood warehouse. Frequently Asked Questions
Are Maxi Tuff mailers waterproof?
The co-extruded plastic outer resists rain, splashes and spills much better than paper mailers. They're water resistant rather than fully waterproof, so for anything that must stay completely dry, bag it inside the mailer first.
How do I choose the right size?
Measure your item and add a little room on each side so the mailer can seal flat without stretching. As a rule of thumb, allow about 2 to 3cm of width and the item's thickness plus 2 to 3cm of length.
Can I get a custom size or printed mailers?
Ask us. Custom sizes and printing depend on quantity and lead time, so tell us the size, print and how many you need and we'll come back with options.
What's the difference between Maxi Tuff and Bubble Kraft mailers?
Both have a bubble lining. Maxi Tuff has a plastic outer that copes better with wet weather, while Bubble Kraft has a kraft paper outer for a classic paper look.
How are they sold?
By the carton. Carton quantities range from 300 for the smallest size down to 75 for the largest.
