Our kraft paper rolls are the strong brown paper that warehouses, removalists, manufacturers and online stores use every day. Wrap products, fill empty space in cartons, and protect surfaces from scratches and dust, all with one roll.
Choose 60gsm for general wrapping and void fill, or 80gsm when you need a tougher paper. We hold stock at our Villawood warehouse, and we can match the rolls with a bench dispenser to speed up your packing.

Why Use Kraft Paper?
Strong and Hard to Tear
Kraft paper is made with long wood fibres, so it holds together when you wrap it tightly around corners, edges and metal parts.
Void Fill That Holds
Crumple it into the gaps in a carton and it locks products in place, so they don't move around in transit.
Protects Surfaces
Wrap furniture, glass and painted items, or lay it between layers, to guard against scratches, scuffs and dust.
Easy to Recycle
Plain brown paper with no plastic coating, so your customers can put it straight in the paper recycling bin.

All our brown kraft paper rolls come in two weights and four widths. 60gsm rolls are 340m long and 80gsm rolls are 300m long.

Choosing the Right Paper
Kraft paper (60gsm or 80gsm). The strongest option. Best for outer wrapping, heavy void fill and protecting surfaces at manual packing stations.
Butchers paper. White, softer and easy to fold. Best for wrapping food and lighter, delicate items.
Newsprint rolls. Light, clean and low cost. Best for wrapping crockery and glassware without ink marks.
Ranpak paper systems. Machines that turn paper into cushioning or void fill on demand. Best for busy dispatch lines packing high volumes.

Common Questions
Is brown paper the same as kraft paper?
Mostly, yes. Brown paper is the everyday name, and most brown wrapping paper is kraft paper. The kraft process keeps the wood fibres long, which is what makes it strong and hard to tear.
Should I choose 60gsm or 80gsm kraft paper?
60gsm is the all-rounder for wrapping, interleaving and crumpled void fill. 80gsm is thicker and tougher, so it suits heavier, sharper or rougher items and outer wrapping that has to survive courier handling.
What width kraft paper roll do I need?
Match the roll to the size of the items you wrap. 450mm and 600mm rolls suit small to medium parcels and bench dispensers. 750mm and 900mm rolls suit larger items, furniture and covering benches or floors.
Can kraft paper replace bubble wrap?
For many jobs, yes. Crumpled kraft paper fills gaps and stops items moving, and wrapped in layers it guards against scratches and knocks. For very fragile items, use more paper or pair it with a cushioning product.
Can I use kraft paper to wrap food?
For direct contact with food we recommend our white butchers paper instead. Our kraft paper rolls are made for packing, wrapping and protection.

Do you deliver kraft paper rolls in Sydney?
