What are your opening hours?
We're open Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm. Check our business hours page for public holiday closures.
Can I get a sample or a quote?
Yes. Send us an enquiry with what you're after and roughly how much you use, and we'll arrange samples or pricing to suit.
How quickly do orders ship?
Most stock items ship within 1 to 2 business days. Custom jobs and large orders can take a little longer, and we'll keep you updated.
Do you offer free delivery?

How do I open a trade account?
Download and complete our credit application form, then send it back to us. Once it's approved you can order on account.
Can you help with packaging machinery and automation?
Yes. We supply and support packing equipment including pallet wrappers, strapping machines, carton sealers and Ranpak paper systems, and we can help you work out what suits your line.
