Industrial Strapping Solutions & Pallet Bundling Systems
Secure heavy pallet loads, bind timber crates, and lock down industrial freight for long-distance transport. From our Villawood facility, we supply a complete trade range of load containment systems, including heavy-duty steel strapping, high-tension polyester (PET) strap, manual tensioning tools, and high-speed battery-powered strapping equipment. Stocked on-site for immediate Sydney distribution or quick depot counter collection.
Technical Strapping Accessories
A strapping setup is only as strong as its joint. Choosing the right fasteners—whether crimped metal seals or manual plastic buckles—stops your strapping from slipping or snapping when pallets are loaded onto transport trucks:
Metal Strapping Seals & Clips
High-strength metal closures built for manual sealers or battery tools. We stock open, closed, and serrated clips designed explicitly to bite into heavy-duty PET plastic and steel applications under maximum tension.

Industrial poly buckles engineered for quick, manual hand-tensioning setups. Perfect for e-commerce box bundling, light palletised loads, and mobile workstations that require a tool-free fastening method.

When should my warehouse use metal clips instead of plastic buckles?
Metal clips are required for heavy-duty tracking or heavy pallet loads where you are using hand crimpers or battery tools to mechanically lock a high-tension joint. Plastic buckles are designed for lighter, hand-pulled bundling tasks where you do not want to rely on separate sealing tools.
What is the strongest fastener choice for heavy-duty polyester (PET) strapping?
For heavy-duty polyester (PET) strap, we heavily recommend serrated strapping clips. The specialized internal teeth claw directly into the glossy plastic surface when crimped, providing maximum joint efficiency and preventing the strap from slipping under high strain.
