Corrugated Cardboard Rolls
Corrugated Cardboard Rolls for Wrapping and Protection
Flexible single face cardboard in 600mm, 900mm and 1200mm rolls
Our corrugated cardboard rolls are single face cardboard: a flat paper liner on one side and soft flutes on the other. Because it bends, it wraps around furniture, frames, pipes and odd shapes that a flat sheet of cardboard can't.
Removalists, furniture makers, builders and manufacturers use it to stop scratches, dents and scuffs in transit. It's also handy for covering floors and benches during a fit-out. Choose from 600mm, 900mm and 1200mm rolls.

Why Use a Cardboard Roll?
Wraps Any Shape
The single face design bends around curves, legs and corners, so one roll protects items a flat sheet won't fit.
Cushions Knocks
The open flutes act like a crumple zone, soaking up bumps and stopping dents and scuffs on the way.
Cut It to Length
Pull off what you need and cut it with a knife or scissors. No waste from fixed sheet sizes.
Paper Based
No plastic, so it goes straight in the cardboard recycling bin once the job is done.

How to Get the Best Protection
Flutes in, liner out. Wrap with the fluted side against the product. The ridges take the knocks and the smooth liner is easy to tape and label.
Overlap the edges. Overlap each wrap by about 100mm and tape it down with packing tape so it can't slip off.
Add corners for heavy items. For heavy furniture or stacked goods, add pallet angles on the edges before you strap or wrap the load.
Common Uses
Furniture and removals. Wrap tables, cabinets, mirrors and frames before they go on the truck.
Manufacturing and parts. Protect pipes, tubes, panels, doors and painted parts in storage and freight.
Floor and surface protection. Cover timber, tiles and benchtops during a fit-out or a move.
Pallet layers. Lay it between layers on a pallet to stop goods rubbing and marking.

Common Questions
What is single face corrugated cardboard?
It's corrugated cardboard with a flat paper liner on one side and open flutes on the other. With only one liner it bends easily, so it wraps around curves, corners and odd shapes that a flat sheet can't.
Which side should face the product?
Put the fluted side against the product. The ridges cushion knocks and the flat liner faces out, which gives you a smooth surface for tape, strapping and labels.
What sizes do your cardboard rolls come in?
We sell 600mm x 84m, 900mm x 55m and 1200mm x 41m rolls. The 600mm roll suits smaller items and pack benches, the 900mm roll suits general wrapping, and the 1200mm roll suits wider items, floors and benches.
Can corrugated cardboard rolls replace bubble wrap?
For many jobs, yes. A cardboard roll guards furniture, panels, pipes and frames against scratches, dents and knocks, and it's paper based, so it goes in the cardboard recycling bin.
Can I use cardboard rolls for floor protection?
Yes. Roll it out over timber, tiles or carpet during a fit-out or a move to protect floors from boots, tools and dust. For heavy traffic or longer jobs, corflute sheets are tougher and can be reused.
Do you deliver cardboard rolls in Sydney?
