Pre-condition gel packs (fully frozen) and avoid air gaps inside the carton. Use a liner “bag-within-a-box” and position gel packs around and on top of the payload for best results.

How to Pack for Best Temperature Hold
- Pre-chill the product and the esky/carton where possible.
- Fit the thermal liner snugly—avoid dead air space.
- Load product, then place gel packs around and on top of the payload.
- Seal the liner and carton firmly; minimise voids.
- Use clearly labelled cartons for cold chain handling.
