Technical FAQ

Does the PadPak Senior work for light void fill?
While it can be used for void fill, the Senior is designed for cushioning and protection. For lightweight high-volume void fill, we recommend the FillPak systems. The Senior is best utilised when protecting items over 5kg that require shock absorption.
Can we trial the machine at our facility?
Yes. As Sydney's industrial packaging partners, we offer on-site trials and demonstrations from our Villawood hub. We can assess your packaging workflow and determine if a placement or purchase program is best for your volume.
Is the Auto-Coiler required for all PadPak Senior setups?
No, the Auto-Coiler is an optional automated attachment. It is only required if you are shipping extremely heavy, circular, or high-value items where manual pad coiling creates a bottleneck in your operation.
