Supplied on continuous rolls and priced per kg, poly tube lets you cut exactly the length you need, then seal one or both ends for a neat, secure package. It’s a simple way to protect irregular items, textiles, components and more without stocking dozens of bag sizes.

How to choose your size & thickness
Round items: pick layflat width ≈ diameter × 1.57, then add 10–20 mm wiggle room.
Boxy / irregular items: measure the full perimeter, divide by two to get the layflat width, then add a little clearance.
For extra puncture resistance or heavier goods, choose a thicker micron (µm). Our stocked 100 µm options cover most day-to-day jobs.

How to use
- Unroll the tube and slide your product inside.
- Cut to length. For open-ended sleeves, seal one end only; for bags, seal both ends.
- Seal with an impulse heat sealer (choose a jaw width to suit your tube).
- Label or barcode as needed — the clear finish makes scanning easy.
