Stiff fibreboard mailers that stop books, prints and documents bending, from 215 x 280mm to 300 x 405mm Jiffy Rigid mailers are made from extra-rigid, kraft-laminated fibreboard that resists bending and folding and protects the edges and corners of whatever's inside. They're the go-to rigid mailers for books, photographs, prints, certificates, calendars and other flat items that need to arrive in perfect condition. All sizes are ordered in on request. Tip: rigid mailers don't flex, so choose a size with a little room around your item so it slides in easily and the flap closes flat.

What are rigid mailers used for?
Flat items that mustn't bend, crease or fold, such as books, photographs, prints, artwork, certificates, calendars and important documents.
Are they padded?
No. They protect by being stiff rather than cushioned. If your item is fragile as well as flat, choose a padded or bubble mailer instead, or add a layer of protection inside.
Rigid mailer or utility mailer?
Both are unpadded paper mailers. Jiffy Rigid uses extra-stiff fibreboard to stop bending, while Jiffy Utility is stiff paper suited to soft, durable goods like clothing that don't need bend protection.
Are Jiffy rigid mailers recyclable?
Sealed Air says they can go in kerbside recycling. Check what your local council accepts.
Do you keep them in stock?
