Can the Logistrap completely replace PET strapping or hand pallet wrap?
Logistrap is perfect for moving stock internally, handling items across loading docks, and holding split orders. However, for full pallets traveling out on public roads or linehaul trucks, we strongly recommend heavy-duty polyester PET straps or machine stretch film to make sure you comply with transport load safety laws.
Will the hook-and-loop strap or the metal buckle damage our cardboard boxes?
No. The authentic VELCRO® Brand premium woven fabric is soft and contains no sharp edges. It wraps securely around stock without scratching printed retail packaging or buckling cardboard box corners like heavy plastic or steel strapping coils can.
How do you tighten and release the strap during a shift?
No tensioning tools, steel clips, or crimpers are needed. Simply wrap the 5m strap around the stock, feed the orange end through the built-in metal buckle, pull it tight back onto itself to secure the grip, and press it flat. To take it off, just pull the quick-release tab to open it instantly.
